These parts are: devotion, purification, asana, almanac intake, ethics, perception, divine instruction, sacrificial action, posture, tarpan, havan, sacrifice, yoga, chanting, meditation and samadhi.

● With the help of Tantra seekers or spiritual practitioners of the spiritual path, they can move forward in this subject, it is possible, but the long process of Mantra Yoga will probably be very difficult for other people who are busy in the disaster of life.

● I came to this conclusion with my long personal experience of life, study, self-study and meditation. That the puja should be effective not by being very long or clean. Anyone can adopt it easily and easily to make it a necessary part of their daily life. Worship, meditation, etc. should be so that even if no one sits for him for a minute or so, his mind is not high, he should get the least mental peace. His mind-borne disorders will disappear. Like other daily tasks required in life, if this essential part is ever missed due to laziness, pramad or timeliness etc., then you remain a lack in your mind all day and repent of not doing puja etc.. When such a feeling or state of mind starts happening to you, then understand that your mantra chanting yoga is beginning to be proven. When you achieve this stage, that is, in how much time, it will all depend on your passion, faith and concentration. This will be difficult at one time. But after some time of practice, you will start to feel all this simple. Accordingly, the effect of mantra, name, meditation, worship etc. will also start to be visible to you.

● Unlike the disorders caused by mentality, most of the ill effects of deeds due to destiny are not diagnosed early. With quiet wisdom, meditate on your own that how we have been accumulating the misdeeds of births and births, how will they get away with so much humility? It is bliss to become united with the divine light, this is everlasting and this is perfection.

Practice that you are seeing your self image even in closed eyes. If the image starts disappearing, then open your eyes and stare face in the mirror. When you close your eyes at any time other than in the mirror, you can see your own image and remain clear for a long time, do not lose sight then practice that this form is steadily becoming the most beautiful form of life. is. If you continue to practice more, then your beautiful eyes like the divine redness of Usha will start to appear as soon as your eyes are closed. A situation will start coming when this beautiful image will settle in the open eye. When getting up, sitting, awake, sleeping, when this beautiful form starts becoming permanent, then understand that you have set foot on the first step of spirituality. While practicing this meditative form of your meditation, you should be connected to the whole universe. A state will come as if you are connected to the whole universe. A state will come as if you are wandering in the whole universe.

● In this sequence, before starting the chanting of the name, try using the simplest, you will start saying a word – I am feeling good. Moving beyond this, if you ask the truth, it will depend on your personal destiny and effort.

This time pick up the lamp on the left and place it in front of the lamp on the right and fumigate again. After the third rosary in the third order, put the lamp on the left and then the lamp on the right. Repeat this process for ten rounds, that is, lift the lamp on the left side and put it on the right side. This time the first time lamp, placed on the right side, will come back to its original place. Lastly, after finishing the chanting on the rosary for the eleventh time, only fumigation. In this way, the eleven rounds of your ministry will be completed and your lamp circuit will be completed. Deepak will keep moving to the right. There will be difficulty in this situation. Keep moving the place by moving the lamp on the right side. If you can make these 11 lamps circled around you, then it will be even better. Your guidance will continue to be done automatically. Eventually you will begin to understand yourself. You will start to feel that you are not going to get anything in the path of wandering, running away, renunciation, etc. If you want to get something, then you have to search within yourself – this is assimilation ie the union of soul and God.
